The wine aged in old 550L oak barrels for 3 years. During its aging until the bottle, this wine did not undergo any type of filtration or any other type of treatment.

Tasting Notes:
Straw colour, expressive nose with hints of honey and tea. In the mouth there is a sweetness accompanied by a beautiful acidity, making the wine very interesting. It stands out for its persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be drunk as an aperitif and/or dessert wine. It goes well, for example, with salmon carpaccio or apple pie.
