Tasting Notes:
Bright, clear colour. Aroma of tropical fruit and white flowers. Very attractive. Fresh and fruity on the palate, a seductive and enveloping whole.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 8 and 12⁰C. Store in a dry, cool place away from light.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with fish, seafood, poultry and white meats. Smoked fish, cod and foie-gras dishes, as well as strong and creamy cheeses.
