Citrus yellow colour. It has a lemon flavour, tropical fruit predominating passion fruit. The acidity balances with the round body a slight herbaceous touch that gives it complexity. The finish of the mouth is fresh and persistent.

Serve chilled at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Recommended as an aperitif or to accompany grilled or poached fish and seafood.
