Product details
The grapes used in the vinification of this wine come exclusively from the Rumilã vineyards of Quinta de São Luiz. The entire winemaking process was designed to respect and translate the authenticity of this parcel. The harvest was carried out manually and the grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard itself. The alcoholic fermentation took place without crushing the berries and with 20% of stems in 500 and 600 liter rotary casks. Then they were transferred to 225 liter French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Bottling without filtration and aging in bottle for 24 months.
