Manual harvest. destemmed and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes fermented in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle Pigéage. 19-month aging in barrels. The wine rested for 1 year in the bottle before being released.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Very appealing aroma, intense, fine and fragrant. Red and black ripe fruits stand out, as well as floral notes supported by spicy nuances. Very soft attack, polished and elegant tannins. Dense, robust. Fruity explosion in the mouth. Long and compact finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Perfect serve at 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
