Product details
Vinified from Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional grape varieties and fermented with tanning in mechanical presses with controlled temperature between 22ºC and 25ºC. Before bottling, it aged for 12 months in national oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, ruby colour, ripe fruit aroma and perfectly integrated wood. In the mouth it reveals good tannins, good structure, correct acidity and predictable harmonious evolution.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be opened half an hour before serving and the wine decanted and served at a temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with roasted or stewed meat dishes, cured cheeses, cured and smoked meats.
