Product details
After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported in 18kg crates so as not to damage the integrity of the bunch. Once in the winery, the crates are unloaded onto a sorting conveyor for the first sorting of the grapes. After destemming, the grapes are transported by gravity to the pneumatic press. After clarifying the must, alcoholic fermentation began in oak barrels at low temperatures of around 16ºC, in order to preserve all the character and identity of this parcel's blend of grape varieties. The alcoholic fermentation took approximately 20 days, after which it aged for 9 months with periodic bâtonnage.

It is a rosé of great class. The nose is very complete and harmonious with nuances of fresh red fruit, white flowers, talcum powder and well-integrated wood spices reminiscent of white pepper. On the palate, it is very enveloping with a great sense of unctuousness combined with a marked acidity, showing a slight sense of saltiness and a lot of persistence on the palate.
