Produced solely in years when the grape is of extraordinary quality, it has body, it is strong, distinct and intense. This is Borges Vintage. The wine will stage in small oak vats develop for a maximum of 2 years. Its evolution will be complete in bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Very distinct aroma. Very fruity, containing red berries, ripe plums, cocoa, spices and dried herbs. It has a velvety, dense taste, highly complex and with a very long-lasting aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This vintage can be enjoyed by itself but it goes equally well with full cheeses and chocolate or red fruit deserts. A strong cigar can also be the ideal accompaniment.
