Appellation:
Pâté made with a combination of cooked streaky pork and raw pork liver. It is seasoned with the "broth" resulting from cooking the meats, to which all the ingredients, honey, and balsamic vinegar are added. After being packaged in glass jars and sealed, the product undergoes heat treatment in an autoclave. Ingredients: Streaky pork and pork liver, water, onion, honey (5%), balsamic vinegar (2%), corn starch, salt, pork plasma, spices, emulsifier (E451i), dextrose, flavour enhancer (E621), pork flavour, antioxidant (E316), and preservative (E250).

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 7 days.
