Appellation:
Pâté made with a combination of cooked streaky pork and raw pork liver. It is seasoned with the "broth" resulting from cooking the meats, to which all the ingredients and venison are added. Ingredients: Pork fat (45%), meat cooking broth, pork liver (13%), game meat (9%) (wild boar meat (50%), venison (50%)), mechanically separated turkey meat, rice flour, salt, pea protein, pork plasma, dextrose, white pepper, onion, emulsifier (E 451), antioxidants (E 316, E 331), preservative (E 250).

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 7 days.
