Product details

Winemaking:
This wine was vinified using a continuous press and fortified to a semi-sweet state. It began aging in warehouse D, at high temperatures, where it quickly gained concentration. In 2019, the cask was transferred to warehouse E, which, being cooler, allowed for a slower and more balanced evolution of the wine, favouring the balance between acidity and sugar.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature between 13/14ºC.

Excellent as a digestive, it goes very well with desserts and cheeses.
