Partial ageing of one year in new French Allier oak barrels and casks, fine grain and medium burn.

Tasting Notes:
It has a garnet colour with an intense aroma of red fruits and black pepper. On the palate it has good structure, with tannins that are present but soft. Good volume on the palate with a long, smooth finish.

Storage:
Ideal temperature for drinking 20ºC.
