Natural Atlantic salt flakes in a resealable pouch. Skimmed by hand in the traditional saltpans of the Ria Formosa and Castro Marim Nature Reserves, Eastern Algarve, Portugal. Certified artisanal, kosher and organic (PT-BIO-03).
Chemical composition per 100g: Sodium 35g; Calcium 140mg; Potassium 300mg; Magnesium 500mg; PH 8.3.

Storage:
Store in a dry place and keep away from foodstuffs with intense odours.
Perfect Serve:
All prepared dishes. Try it on scrambled egg or simply on a salad. Use max. 5g (1 teaspoon) of salt per day (WHO recommendation); for children, dosage should be lowered according to body weight; not suitable for infants aged 0–6 months. Sodium-sensitive consumers should moderate their daily salt intake.
