Tasting Notes:
Golden brown colour. Dried fruits aromas, mature fruit nuances and vanilla. Complex, Fresh, has a pleasant and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve slightly chilled with créme-brulê, macadamia and vanilla ice-creams, apple pie. Also very exquisite with foie-gras.
