Made from a “Hanged Vine” planted in 1932, located in Amarante, a viticulture system that grows through trees and reaches almost 7 meters in height. The harvest is done with ladders. After manual harvesting, with the help of ladders, and transportation to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed from bag to bag, to a small wine press, stepped on foot and then fermented in amphora with indigenous yeasts. This was followed by a light pressing and stage with the total lees in used barrels. Aging in Amphora for 30 days with the films and aging in used barrels for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Yellowish wine, with an intense aroma, with a touch of straw and criticism. Vibrant wine in the mouth, with excellent acidity, the fruit of the nose accompanies very well in the mouth. Long and persistent finish with mineral nuances.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Fish dishes (particularly codfish and tuna) as well as white meats and soft cheeses.
