Prepared in an artisanal way with fruit from Portugal, with more than 55% fruit, without added additives or preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional methods. Ingredients: Blueberry, sugar, lemon balm, citrus pectin and lemon juice.

Duke variety blueberry jam, produced on local farm, large-sized fruit, berry with a resistant texture and an attractive blue-purple color, high quality, with a semi-sweet and smooth flavor, a wild fruit, with flavors that oscillate between slightly sweet, acidic and bitter, combines sublimely with lemon balm, produced in Vila Nova de Gaia (Portugal), resulting in a fresh aroma, similar to the aroma of lemon.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal for spreading on oatmeal cookies, coconut cookies, cashew cookies, chocolate cookies, cereal bread, wholemeal toast, vegan cookies, and for creating cake recipes with chocolate creams. It goes well with fresh cheeses and cream cheese. Perfect as a filling for macaroni of various flavors, such as chocolate macaroni, chocolate cakes, desserts with mascarpone cheese, quark cheese and tiramisu recipes. It can also be used as a topping and filling for healthy pancakes, American pancakes, oat pancakes, banana pancakes, chocolate cakes, red fruit cakes.
