Product details
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and then gently pressed. After cold defecation, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and alcoholic fermentation takes place for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC. The 2nd fermentation takes place using the classic method, in a cellar at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, where it is aged for at least 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Fruity aroma, reminiscent of stone fruit and citrus fruit and slightly mineral. Fine, persistent bubble. Balanced mouthfeel, refreshing acidity, enveloping, with a long, harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume immediately or within 2 years at the ideal temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with all kinds of starters, roast meats, cheeses, sweets and fruit (cherries, strawberries).
