Tasting Notes:
Smooth, slightly spicy olive oil with some green apple notes. Light green flavour, a mix between mild and slightly spicy.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal for seasoning/finishing, especially fish dishes, or to enjoy with bread.
