Average age of olive trees over 100 years. Olive oil is made immediately (maximum 2 hours after harvesting) and the entire process is accompanied by laboratory reading and sensory testing of all deliveries at the mill. Extraction is carried out cold, natural decantation and unfiltered.

Verdeal,Galega,Negrinha,Madural,Cordovil,Cobrançosa
Tasting Notes:
Green fruity. Bitter and medium spicy, with notes of tomato vine, olive leaf and green banana. A very fresh, aromatic oil with a persistent aftertaste.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
It is ideal for salads, marinades and as a condiment for fish and pasta. It's also delicious with some fresh bread before a meal.
