Manual harvest, with qualitative selection, during several weeks according to the state of maturation. Total destemming, crushing and pressing. Open spout vinification. Fermented entirely in stainless steel vats. Interruption of fermentation by the addition of vinous alcohol (96º). Addition of wine alcohol made after 4 - 5 days of fermentation in order to maintain the desired amount of sugars. Vinification according to traditional methods. Aged by the traditional Canteiro system, in French and American oak casks of different capacities.

Tasting Notes:
This wine, with an attractive and bright golden colour, has a delicate and elegant aroma of dried fruit and citrus, also revealing notes of orange peel, honey and dried fruit. It has a pleasant and long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine was aged naturally in casks and bottled in its purest state. To show it at its best, serve between 13ºC and 14ºC. It must be kept in a cool and dry place. It was bottled ready to drink and keeps well for several months after opening.
Food Pairing:
Delicious with desserts. It can be served with fruit, especially pineapple, fruit salad, rich cakes, strong cheeses or chocolate. It is also good with coffee as a digestive.
