Winemaking:
Pale pink colour. Fine and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and structured, with notes of raspberry and tropical fruit predominating, with a long aftertaste.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
After careful selection and sorting at the entrance to the winery, the grapes were de-stemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. Part of the batch fermented and aged in used 500 liter barrels.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
