A base wine suitable for the Charmat sparkling method was selected, with the aim of preserving the aromatic profile of the variety, to the detriment of tertiary aromas.

Tasting Notes:
It has a citrine colour and crystalline appearance, with an aroma of citrus fruits with light evolved notes, typical of sparkling wine. It presents a fine, delicate and persistent bubble. It is an elegant, fresh, semi-dry and tasty sparkling wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6ºC to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with starters, salads and spicy dishes. Excellent for pairing sweet fruit-based desserts and for a toast.
