Product details
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with skin maceration and pumping over at temperatures between 16-18ºC, aimed at producing whites full of colour and structure, with sufficient phenolic compounds to withstand prolonged aging in wood. Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of wine spirit (benefit), giving rise to a fortified wine. High quality wine, from a single harvest. It ages in wood for varying periods of time, never less than 7 years, after which it is bottled after market requests.

Tasting Notes:
Golden in colour, it presents delicate aromas with luscious notes, which combine with light notes of confit orange peel, vanilla and dried apricot. Boa is a seductive wine where the refined aromas of the fruit combine with the aromas of aging in wood, which make the wine sweet and intense. Elegant and seductive aftertaste where the refreshing acidity lingers.
