Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour. Deep aroma, with balsamic notes, slight floral, plum and spice. Smooth structure with a long, lingering finish.

Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.
