The Bom Viver wines are produced in Quinta do Espinho, located in Santa Marta de Penaguião, on a estate that has been in the Neves Ferreira family for several generations.

The production of the wines follows the traditional processes of vinification. All grapes are hand-picked. In red wines, the grapes are macerated with foot steps and ferment in century-old granite wineries. The varieties applied are the most noble of the Douro, namely: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Viosinho, Gouveio, Malvasia Fina and several varieties of old vines.
