Bunches harvested manually and submitted to selection at the vineyard and winery. Fermentation in new French and American oak barrels followed by aging for 6 month with bâtonnage.

Antão Vaz,Verdelho,Viognier
Tasting Notes:
The aroma shows ripe tropical fruit, citrus fruit, with notes of spices at the end. In the mouth has good freshness, is soft and unctuous and very balanced. The long finish leaves some nice notes of tangerine peel.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with shellfish elaborately prepared. Dogfish soup. Rich fish soup or white meat.
