Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested at the beginning of November, showing significant noble botrytis. After being pressed and the must symbolically decanted, it fermented for 1 month in oak barrels. It matured in the barrels for a further 18 months.

Semillon,Alvarinho

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.
