Mostly vinified in wine presses, it ages for an average of 3 years in wooden barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red in color, with a fresh and vibrant aroma of black fruits that lingers in the mouth; almost mineral, it is a young, balanced wine, ready to drink and with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled (16 to 18°C).
Food Pairing:
Traditionally it goes well with intense and strained cheeses, as well as chocolate desserts and fruit pies.
