This cider is made from Fuji apples. It is vinified in stainless steel vats for 30 days at controlled temperatures of between 10º and 14ºC.

Tasting Notes:
It has a straw yellow colour. Complex and intense aroma, with green apples standing out. Medium acidity, light structure and dry finish.
Storage:
Protect from light, heat, humidity and strong odors. It should be served fresh.
Perfect Serve:
Drink very cold, preferably with ice. It goes well with sushi, cheese, fresh grilled fish or simply with friends.
