Hand-harvested only from clusters located at the base of the timely (lignified) canes. The wine was obtained by pressing the whole berries without stems, with a long, cold, static clarification. Fermentation and aging for 9 months on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage. The wine then aged for 1 year in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
The floral aromas unfold in a very delicate and elegant bouquet, with subtle minty and floral notes. On the palate, it's a structured and firm wine, with tense acidity and saline and mineral notes, giving it a distinct elegance and a very gastronomic character.
Store and Serve Advices:
Wine to be consumed within ten years. Serving temperature between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
