Manual harvest, with careful selection of grapes, in 15 kg boxes. After destemming, the grapes were pressed, where the must was separated from the skins. After this operation, the must was subjected to static decantation at a low temperature, for clarification. Alcoholic fermentation followed at a controlled temperature (16ºC). Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels plus 12 months of aging in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Very delicate and complex aroma, of ripe fruit with white pulp and elegant toasted notes. Dry, tense, precise acidity and at the same time unctuous, deep and enveloping. Finishes full of structure, vibrant and full of sophistication.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompanying fish and seafood dishes.
