Product details

Appellation:
Despite not being officially certified, our olive grove is organically grown (no phytopharmaceutical products or synthetic fertilisers are used). A light pruning is made every two years to the trees. Mechanical harvesting is used to remove the olives using olive shakers and vibration harvesters. This technique avoids olive trees from being damaged. Olives are put into 25 kg plastic boxes and transported to a traditional olive oil mill. Olives lying on the ground are not used for olive oil production.

Varieties:
Cobrançosa,Madural,Negrinha

Tasting Notes:
This Premium Olive Oil has a great aromatic expression, freshness and a light peppery touch. A single olive flavour and aroma, which gives every dish a remarkable personality.

Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.

Perfect Serve:
It is ideal for salads, marinades and as a condiment for fish and pasta. It's also delicious with some fresh bread before a meal.
