Appellation:
We blended the Algarve orange together with the spicy flavour of ginger from China (Zingiber officinale), one of the first spices that the Portuguese brought from India. Ingredients: Date, apple, ginger (13%), fig, orange (7%), sour apple, pear, natural flavour, flavour, citric acid with vitamin C. Shelf life: 24 months (with appropriate storage).

Tasting Notes:
We blended the Algarve orange together with the spicy flavour of ginger from China (Zingiber officinale), one of the first spices that the Portuguese brought from India.

Storage:
Brew 1 tea spoon with 100 ml water at 90°C and let it infuse for 6-8 minutes. Keep in a cool, dry and dark space with good ventilation, away from sources of heat. Ideal temperature range: 5 - 25°C. Maximum equilibrium moisture content: 65%.

Perfect Serve:
To accompany a snack of scones or simply to enjoy alone.
