Appellation:
We blended the Alcobaça apple together with the sweet aroma and delicate flavour of cinnamon from Ceylon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), now Sri Lanka, one of the oldest spices in the World brought by Portuguese sailors to Europe in the XVI century. Ingredients: Apple (86%), cinnamon (10%), flavour and acidifier (tartaric acid). Shelf life: 24 months (with appropriate storage).

Tasting Notes:
We blended the Alcobaça apple together with the sweet aroma and delicate flavour of cinnamon from Ceylon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), now Sri Lanka, one of the oldest spices in the world brought by Portuguese sailors to Europe in the XVI century.

Storage:
Brew 1 tea spoon with 100 ml water at 90°C and let it infuse for 6-8 minutes. Keep in a cool, dry and dark space with good ventilation, away from sources of heat. Ideal temperature range: 5 - 25°C. Maximum equilibrium moisture content: 65%.

Perfect Serve:
To accompany a snack of scones or simply to enjoy alone.
