Inspired by essences and ancient records, the new Poças Vermouth Soberbo uses infusions of botanists harvested in the company's Douro farms, giving form to an expression of the terroir, original and contemporary. Maintaining the celebratory spirit and identity of the Poças brand, an old model of Port wine bottle, called Pota, was used for the bottling of the new Vermouth, as well as the spelling that refers to some old labels of the brand, which uses the expression Superb Vermouth.
Tasting Notes:
Made with white Port wine, Soberbo presents great freshness and exuberance, harmoniously integrating the sweetness of Port wine and the bitterness of aromatic herbs from the Douro.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light. We recommend serving in large glasses, chilled, with an orange, lime or grapefruit peel.
Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif accompanied by olives, dried fruit, etc. It also works very well as a digestif at the end of a meal. A more daring option is to use it as an ingredient in a cocktail.
