The second limited edition is a portrait of the region in winter with the typical smells and flavours of the season. More than 20 plants and fruits were harvested in the winter of 2021 before being extracted into wine alcohol and mixed with local wine. Finally, we balance everything with a touch of locally produced honey.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light. We recommend serving in large glasses, chilled, with an orange, lime or grapefruit peel.
Food Pairing:
This vermouth is the perfect drink to create a Douro ‘Dry Martini’ or to savour on the rocks while nibbling on some olives or salted almonds.
