Quinta do Escudial, initially with 3.5 hectares of old vineyards, was extended with another 3 hectares of vineyards with the traditional varieties of Dão (Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Tinta Roriz). The personal taste of the producer and the appeal of the consumers for different wines led the brand to bet on the exclusive production of wines without wood.
The wine stage is only made in stainless steel vats and glass bottle.
