Port wine

This port is fantastic. I normally buy the 40 year old because of the splendid taste. I purchased four bottles at Sarasota fine wines for $14.00 per bottle on sale. Went back for more and it was all gone.

It takes a while for this wine to make its presence felt. It is dry, reticent in its favors, hinting at fruitiness. A smoother, caramel and vanilla texture also shows attractive acidity. Even at the end, it remains a curiously mute wine.
