Hand-harvested. Fermentation with the addition of 77% grape brandy (from the Lourinhã region) halfway through the fermentation process. Aged in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 12 years.

Tasting Notes:
Amber-orange colour. The balance of wood aromas with dried fruit, chocolate, and coffee stands out. A semi-sweet entry, followed by an elegant texture and salinity, combined with a fresh unctuousness. It finishes persistently, long and appetizingly.

At room temperature or refrigerated.
Food Pairing:
As an aperitif or digestif; pairs well with dry or semi-cured cheeses, pâtés, and traditional Portuguese convent sweets.
