Product details
Hand-harvested into small perforated boxes of Códega and Arinto grapes, carefully selected for ideal acidity. Reception involves complete destemming, immediate crushing, and clarification of the must. The first fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a period of aging on fine lees. The sparkling wine was obtained using the classic method, with a second fermentation in the bottle at controlled temperature, followed by a 12-month bottle aging process until disgorgement.
