All grapes previously selected and non de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone lagares. The aging was developed in 630 lts seasoned Portuguese chestnut casks for over 20 years.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful amber and bright colour, this port shows complex and refined notes of hazelnuts, nuts, dry figs and nougat. Very expressive and elegant on the palate, full of Flavors but also fresh and sophisticated with
a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. Should be served at a temperature between 12º and 14º C.
Food Pairing:
It can accompany very well foie-gras, as well as intense and rich cheeses. Pleasant match with almond based desserts.
