Tasting Notes:
With a yellow, bright and crystalline colour, in the mouth there is an explosion of fresh lemon slightly bitter with a long and persistent aftertaste of lemon picked fresh in the early hours of the morning in the orchard of Casa de Encosturas.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
Traditionally, liqueurs are served chilled as an after-dinner digestive. Excellent to drink chilled, with ice or in cocktails. Much appreciated as an ingredient to make desserts or to add a special touch to sauces and main dishes.
