Mix roasted ground coffee with chicory. Studies indicate that chicory can have a pre-biotic action by stimulating the growth or activity of a limited number of bacteria in the colon. Thus, chicory can promote a number of benefits such as increasing the flora of Bifidobacterium and reducing pathogens; increased absorption of minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc; the increase in immune defences, among others.
Tasting Notes:
It is presented with a consistent cream, in a reddish brown tone. On the nose it shows a pronounced cinnamon aroma, with hints of caramel and spices. In the mouth the characteristic bitterness is felt, enveloped in an intense flavour that lingers on at the end.
Storage:
Open the individual sachet and place the coffee pod in the filter holder of your machine. After use, remove the insert from the filter holder.
