Indigenous yeast fermentation at a temperature of about 24-28ºC for 3 to 4 days. Interruption of fermentation with brandy. Staging for 8 years in oak casks.

Tasting Notes:
Coppery tone. Aroma of caramel and toffee, with hints of spice and dried figs. Very smooth and balanced, but with a strong personality. Long and harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 15ºC.

Accompanies particularly well cheeses and eggs and caramel candy.
