It was in 2012 that Raul Vaía dos Santos Magalhães decided to recover the centenary 'Adega do Mato' and start the family project and dream: to produce Vinho Verde.
Located in Balteiro, in Quinta do Mato - Ribeira de Pena and on the edge of the Demarcated Vinhos Verdes region, Adega do Mato produces wine with grapes from around four hectares of vineyards, through a careful and careful selection of Arinto, Loureiro and Azal, the surrounding vineyards through dense pine forests and the proximity to the Tâmega River create special conditions for the production of wines with a unique character.
